I was talking to Trista the other day. She's lost 75 pounds. Omg. And she's done it primarily with a keto diet.

Surprise: I'm going to have to start meal planning. But I knew that already, didn't I?
I'm thinking of starting after Thanksgiving... But maybe that means like the Saturday after or something. Idk. Gotta make a change.
